These Terms of Use govern your use of SyncDrive (the “App”), a reaction arcade game developed by Gökhan Çınar. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Apple’s terms control if these terms conflict with the Standard EULA.
SyncDrive is intended for entertainment. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
The included experience provides the 1.0× Cruise, 1.5× Focus, and 2.0× Surge paces and may display interstitial ads between completed runs. An active SyncDrive Plus subscription removes those interstitial ads and unlocks the 4.0× Insane pace and two additional selectable cars. Features may change in a future version; any material subscription change will be disclosed as required.
SyncDrive Plus is available through three auto-renewable subscriptions: SyncDrive Plus Monthly Trial, SyncDrive Plus Monthly, and SyncDrive Plus Annual. All three provide the same Plus features while active.
Only SyncDrive Plus Monthly Trial includes a seven-day introductory free trial, and only for customers Apple determines are eligible. The standard monthly and annual products do not include an introductory trial. When a trial ends, it converts to the paid monthly subscription shown in Apple’s purchase sheet unless you cancel before renewal.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the renewal to your account within 24 hours before the period ends at the price shown for your storefront, subject to any notice or consent Apple requires for a price change.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Refunds, billing disputes, introductory-offer eligibility, and renewal timing are controlled by Apple and applicable law. Use Restore Purchases in the App to restore an eligible active subscription.
Family Sharing is enabled for all three SyncDrive Plus subscriptions. Access remains subject to Apple’s eligibility rules, the family organizer’s purchase-sharing settings, each family member’s Apple Account settings, storefront compatibility, and Apple service availability.
The free experience may display Google AdMob interstitial ads between completed runs. Google UMP presents consent or privacy choices where required. The App is configured not to request personalized ads and does not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission. Ad availability is not guaranteed and an ad is never required to see a result or continue playing.

Apple Game Center is optional. If enabled, the App may submit leaderboard scores and achievement progress to Apple and display Apple’s Game Center dashboard. Your use of Game Center is also governed by Apple’s terms and settings. We may disregard or seek removal of scores or progress that appear fraudulent, manipulated, or generated through abuse.
Scores, run history, settings, and local progress are stored primarily on your device. We do not guarantee that local data will always be preserved after a device change, App deletion, reset, operating-system update, backup failure, or storage failure. Game Center or purchase restoration may restore only the information those services retain.
The App relies on Apple services, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, and Google UMP. Those services may be unavailable, changed, or governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for a third-party service beyond the extent required by applicable law.
SyncDrive’s code, game design, visual design, audio, and other content are owned by or licensed to the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works except where applicable law permits.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of the App. We do not guarantee that every feature, ad, product, purchase service, or online service will remain available on every device, storefront, region, or operating-system version.
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App or a third-party service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
We may restrict access to online features when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security, legal obligations, or violation of these terms. Apple controls access to the App Store, purchases, and Game Center.
We may update these terms when the App, services, or legal requirements change. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. We will provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
