SyncDrive Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 10, 2026

Last updated: August 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SyncDrive handles information when you use the SyncDrive iOS app (the “App”). The data controller for the App is Gökhan Çınar (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

SyncDrive does not require an app account. Gameplay records and preferences are primarily stored on your device. The App uses Apple for purchases and optional Game Center features, RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage entitlements, and Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (“UMP”) to provide ads and privacy choices.

Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores scores, run history, selected pace, progress statistics, language, music and sound settings, onboarding state, other preferences, and cached entitlement state on your device. We do not receive this local gameplay information unless you choose to include it when contacting support.

You can remove local App data using available reset controls or by deleting the App. Data restored from an iCloud or device backup is controlled by your Apple backup settings.

Optional Apple Game Center

If you choose to use Game Center, Apple authenticates your Game Center account and handles the player identifier, profile information, leaderboard scores, achievement progress, and related activity needed to provide Apple’s leaderboards, achievements, and Game Center dashboard. SyncDrive submits scored-run results and achievement progress. It does not request your Game Center friends list and does not provide multiplayer, challenges, or a developer-operated Game Center server.

SyncDrive also keeps Game Center progress locally, separated by Apple Game Center player identifier. Runs completed while signed out remain in an anonymous local record and may be assigned once to the first Game Center player who later authenticates on that installation. Declining authentication, being offline, or using a restricted account does not prevent normal gameplay.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details.

RevenueCat validates App Store receipts, restores purchases, determines subscription status, helps prevent purchase fraud, and grants the correct entitlements. RevenueCat may process App Store receipt and transaction information, product identifiers, purchase dates, subscription and refund state, an anonymous RevenueCat App User ID, IP address and approximate location inferred from it, and app, device, operating-system, locale, currency, usage, and technical information.

SyncDrive Plus is offered through one annual and two monthly subscriptions. Only SyncDrive Plus Monthly Trial includes a seven-day introductory free trial for eligible new subscribers. All three subscriptions unlock the same Plus features while active and support Apple Family Sharing, subject to Apple’s eligibility rules and family settings.

Apple controls billing, trial eligibility, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and purchase history. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings and restore an eligible subscription from the App’s purchase screen.

Advertising and Privacy Choices

The free version may display interstitial ads between completed runs. Google AdMob requests and displays ads, and Google UMP presents consent or privacy-choice forms where required.

The App is configured not to request personalized ads and does not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission. Depending on your location and choices, Google may provide non-personalized or limited ads. If UMP indicates that ads cannot be requested, the App does not send an ad request. Gameplay never depends on an ad being available.

Google and participating ad providers may process information such as IP address and general location; device or app-scoped identifiers where permitted; ads requested, shown, dismissed, or interacted with; app and product interactions; device, operating-system, app-version, language, and network information; and crash, performance, and diagnostic information. This information is used to deliver and measure ads, apply privacy choices, prevent invalid traffic and fraud, and maintain service security.

Non-personalized advertising does not mean that no information is processed. Some laws may classify advertising disclosures as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a similar regulated activity. Where applicable, UMP provides the required choices. You can reopen Settings > Privacy Choices whenever Google indicates that the control is required.

Diagnostics and Support

The App does not include a separate developer-operated analytics or crash-reporting service. Google Mobile Ads may collect crash and performance diagnostics as described above. RevenueCat processes purchase-service information needed to diagnose entitlement issues.

If you contact us, we process the contact details, message, screenshots, diagnostic details, and other information you choose to provide so we can respond.

How We Use Information

Where applicable, our legal bases include performing a contract with you, complying with legal obligations, your consent, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the App. You may withdraw consent through available privacy controls; withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.

When Information Is Shared

We do not sell personal information for money or provide it to data brokers. Advertising-related processing may still be classified as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some privacy laws; applicable choices are provided through UMP.

Retention

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent; complain to a data-protection authority; or appeal a privacy decision.

We cannot delete purchase history controlled by Apple. We may need enough information to locate and verify an anonymous record and may retain information when required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

International Transfers and Security

Apple, RevenueCat, Google, and their providers may process information in the United States and other countries with different data-protection laws. They use applicable contractual, organizational, and legal safeguards. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Children

SyncDrive is a general-audience arcade game and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can review it. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s device, advertising, and purchase settings.

Third-Party Policies

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the App, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. We will provide additional notice where required for material changes.
