These Terms of Use govern your use of Imposto ("the app"), a party word game developed by Gokhan. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

Imposto is a social deduction word game intended for entertainment. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality.

Subscriptions

Imposto offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium content:

• Weekly subscription — billed weekly.
• Yearly subscription — billed annually.

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your App Store account. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Free and Premium Content

The app provides a set of free game categories available to all users. Premium categories require an active subscription. The availability and content of categories may change over time.

Intellectual Property

All content in Imposto — including game design, word lists, hints, visual design, and code — is the property of the developer and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
