Privacy Policy

Imposto ("we", "our", "the app") is a party word game developed by Gokhan. This policy describes how we handle your information.

Information We Collect

Imposto is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:

• No accounts or personal information. The app does not require registration, login, or any personal details to play.
• Player names are stored locally only. Names entered during game setup are kept in device memory for the duration of the game session and are never transmitted off your device.
• Local preferences. Settings such as onboarding status and recently played words are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device.

Subscription and Purchase Data

If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and understand paywall performance. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, subscription status, purchase events, paywall impression events, and attribution identifiers used to connect subscription events with our analytics. Analytics and Tracking

Imposto uses Amplitude for first-party product analytics, such as onboarding completion, paywall views, purchase button taps, restore attempts, and premium category taps. We use RevenueCat's subscription analytics to measure paywall and purchase performance. We do not track your activity across other apps or websites, build advertising profiles, or share data with advertisers.

Data Shared with Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third parties, except:

• Apple — processes in-app purchases and may collect crash data if you have opted in to share diagnostics with app developers.
• RevenueCat — receives anonymous subscription status, purchase, attribution, and paywall impression data.
• Amplitude — receives first-party app analytics events and device identifiers used to understand product and paywall performance.

Children's Privacy

Imposto does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require any personal data to function. No data is transmitted from the device during gameplay.

Data Retention and Deletion

All game data is stored locally on your device. To delete all app data, simply delete Imposto from your device. No server-side data exists to delete.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete. All data remains on your device under your control.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
